Well...my...my...my!!

Yes, my...my...my, is right!
My posting-lameness comes as noo surprise, but this post shouldn't either. The season has come and gone - and what a whirlwind it was. No...not summer, although yes, that has come to an end and helloooo Fall - naturally, I speak of: 'Name Tag Season'. Yes, I have officially created a season for it! With all of it's glittery paper, pristine little bows and embellished-jeweled splendor, it is...a season.
I'm attaching just a few of the pictures from a couple of different batches - I won't overwhelm you with the complete overhaul.
...I'll just dip your little sunburnt, 'ready-for-fall' toes in some of the fun!

...tada!! Name Tag Season. At it's finest!

I leave you with this:

Hopefully a little inspiration to always keep faith in the things that you truly love and believe in; this week and more importantly...always. A reminder to be happy each and every day; above all, to be thankful for all of the blessings in your life.

Make this week an amazing one.

It's Friday...and nowww I focus!?

Now...I know that I already do things a little backwards and slightly unorganized; but yes...I am going to take this time on my Friday night, to focus and write a post. I know what you're thinking: Wild Friday! Well, that's just how I roll.. It could be the {divine} homemade iced coffee that I just drank..it could be me carrying guilt around from a somewhat unfocused work week -- but hey, wherever this focus is coming from, we're gonna take it and run with it!

In the past, name tags have made their debut in the blog. However, now...they're taking this thing by storm!
New category: {TAG}..you're it!
Tags for Bachelorette parties, tags for baby shower gift Thank You's...you name it; I'll make a tag for it. So to kick things off in the way of pictures: tags!

Then..we move into Thank You's. Of the more traditional sort!
A set of stationery with a hand painted initial on each and textured liners.

...gotta love a Thank You!
Now, you'd think with all of the paper that I have stashed in my studio space, I'd be more on top of my Thank You's. Well, I do try..but good heavens, that whole 'unorganized at times bit' that we talked about -- file Thank You cards into that category!
But, hoping to change that little trait in the coming months -
mass production!?...a card line!?...you just never know!

I know we've got all night to gab, but I'm gonna say goodbye now. I have onnne more picture to include, but of course...I can't put my hands on it! So that means, I'll update soon. (..pending focus!)

Have a great weekend -- Happy Easter!

On with {the} March...into Spring!

I...love...me...some March!
Not only because it's my birth month (...yes it sure is!) but it is typically a very lovely month in general. The cold weather is thinking about making it's way out of the air, the flowers are blooming and the birds just a-singing - - it is the official beginning of spring!

This March, spring, if you will..is and already has been,
super special. One of the main reasons for this being that it is a month before my brother ties the knot!!
I guess you could say it is the official beginning of...all of the festivities to come!
They are having the wedding here in Orlando, Florida at Paradise Cove in Lake Buena Vista. It is a lakeside venue and the perfect mix of tropical and Florida to highlight the personalities and loves of the bride and the groom. Both born and raised here in Orlando and constantly...outdoors! Whether in the woods hunting, on the water fishing or boating, at the beach, or mowing the lawn together...these two are always soaking up the sun and working on something outside. But all in all, they are true Floridians! The bride wanted to tie an old Florida look into the invitations - so these drawings were done to do just that. The landscape scene was used as the envelope liner and the two palms were printed on the back of the main invitation!

There will be MUCH more to come on the wedding in the following months...get excited!

These invitations were done for a baby shower thrown for a future little traveler. We tied in the travel theme with map envelope liners, a cut out piece of luggage to back the invite, and a hanging luggage tag with the registry details!

Naturally...every Bachelorette Party needs name tags! These were made for a "Final Fiesta" in Austin, Texas. Using the same material used for the Bride's sash to make a bow for the Maid of Honor - it ties in a little bit of the Mexican texture and colors for the theme!

It's getting late, so I'm going to call it a night with just these few little gems. Like I said...looots of wedding fun to come; so I promise we'll chat soon!

Until then and as always..have a wonderful week --
Work hard, relax a little, take time for yourself and behave!

That's Write...it's already November!

I say "it's already November"...like it's the first of the month. Earth to Chelsea, there's a little over a week left in it! However, since I'm Sporadic Post-er of the Year, it makes me feel a little better to act as though it's 'already' here. Keeps me feeling as though I'm a little closer to my last post!

In keeping true to the word 'already', November has, yes...already come, and almost gone!
In trying to simplify my life, and especially my work, for some time now -- my focus lately has shifted to primarily being on my writing.
That's write...it's what I do!
Sometimes allll day long. But, I love it...so, the focus has been a reward. And much needed clarity!

Not much in this post needs too detailed of a description, but I'll go ahead and give a little play by play here and there!

Invitations and addressed envelopes for a casual country wedding in the beginning of 2014.

Just a little Thank You!..

Seating chart done on old windows -
2 windows, 6 panes on each, 24 tables, and 260 guests later!

Figuring out things is never easy, but staying true to what you love, who you are, and the gifts that you've been blessed with, is truly the only way to direct your way on through it.
So always remember to do just that!

With the busiest time of the year right around the corner, take time for yourself! Remember to focus on the most important things in your life and never forget to be grateful for them.
Above all, enjoy time and the little moments...don't let them pass you by!

Promise I'll write soon.
